Woodcoder is a platform for turning your ideas, concepts, and designs into unique furniture.
Together, we will create furniture that has never existed before.
The essence of this process is you—the person who brings a fresh idea, who designs a unique piece for a specific space. Woodcoder’s role is simply to act as your contractor in producing these pieces.
Our responsibility in this partnership is:
First, every component we manufacture will perfectly match your design in dimensions—accurate to the millimeter—and will fully align with your specified color codes and wood patterns.
Second, the quality will not be low, not average, not even just good—it will be exceptional.
Key Quality Standards:
Wood Panels and Legs The panels are crafted from natural solid wood using finger-joint technology, while the legs are made from single-piece solid wood to ensure maximum strength and durability. All wood materials are sourced exclusively from first-grade suppliers. Note that the price difference between Grade 1 and Grade 3 wood can be up to five times. Many low-cost or mass-produced wooden products commonly seen in stores or online are made from Grade 3 or other cheaper alternatives.
MDF, Not Particleboard
Woodcoder uses MDF—not chipboard—and only top-quality MDF from the best manufacturers. This includes both raw MDF (for painting) and laminated MDF. Lower-grade MDF (Grade 2 or 3) is cheaper due to reduced density and strength, which is why many low-cost products are made from such materials or even particleboard.
Paint
All paints used by Woodcoder are 100% water-based and certified child-safe, suitable for both children’s and adult furniture. They are among the highest-quality paints in the world, manufactured in Italy. Many cheaper water-based paints lack child safety certification and cannot match the durability and finish of those we use. Every painted component is kiln-dried to ensure a flawless finish.
Wood Oils
The oils applied to wood surfaces are premium-grade, high-cost products manufactured by a leading Turkish company with decades of expertise. These oils were selected after extensive research and testing. They provide a luxurious finish while significantly increasing resistance to water and impacts.
Hardware and Connectors
The main components of the hardware and fittings used in Woodcoder products are sourced from Switzerland and Austria to ensure top quality. Some complementary parts may be locally sourced, but the overall system maintains the highest standard. The joints are designed for easy assembly without requiring special skills and allow the furniture to be assembled and disassembled up to 100 times without damage.
Pre-Reinforced Joints
All screw holes are reinforced with dowels and strengthened using special adhesive, ensuring maximum durability during repeated assembly and disassembly.
Fabric and Foam Quality
The fabrics used in Woodcoder furniture are selected from the most durable materials, designed to withstand repeated washing while maintaining color and texture. The foams used in mattresses are not soft, spring-based, harmful, or low-quality; instead, we use the highest-density orthopedic foam layers and special filling materials. Each mattress that comes with Woodcoder beds is custom-made to match the exact size of your bed design.
After-Sales Service
What provides designers even greater peace of mind is that, even after years of use, if any component of your furniture is damaged, broken, or needs replacement, you can order that specific piece from Woodcoder. You may choose to have the exact same part reproduced or request it in a different color, finish, or material—all without having to repurchase the entire product.
For these reasons, designers who bring their ideas to life through Woodcoder can expect a final product that meets the highest quality standards possible.
