By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the Site in any way, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Introducing viruses or malicious code
• Interfering with the Site’s operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or description.

Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.

 

Return & Cancellation Policy

For products that are custom-made in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/b of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. However, your legal rights remain intact in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design tools, and software — is owned by or licensed to tr.woodcoder.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

We will use your designs to produce your products and, at our discretion, we will add them to our product gallery, either exactly as they are or with modifications.

If you do not wish your design to be featured publicly, you may request its removal by contacting us before production begins. We will do our best to accommodate such requests where reasonably possible.

User Content

If you upload, submit, or share content through the Site (for example, custom designs, feedback, or reviews), you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content. You agree that your content will not be illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Color & Material Variation Notice

• Colors may differ from what is displayed on your monitor.
• Additionally, individual components of a product may vary slightly in color or pattern due to their natural characteristics.
• Fabric sections used in a single product may also show minor variations across different parts of the item.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tr.woodcoder.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order.
